Drug Delivery Business News, reports today that the company initiated the full market release of the Omnipod 5 App for iPhone.

The app, initially rolled out in a limited release earlier this year, allows users to fully control their Omnipod 5 patch pump from their compatible iPhone. It also means Omnipod 5 users with a compatible iPhone no longer need to carry a separate controller device.
