Lilli Health launches ‘first-ever’ app aimed to manage polycystic ovary syndrome

Lilli Health, a company that coined the term Low Insulin Lifestyle [LILLI] created to help educate, treat and manage individuals with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), has announced the launch of the Lilli App backed by decades of scientific research as the first-ever comprehensive platform focused on lowering insulin levels to reverse PCOS symptoms.

From at-home Lilli Health insulin testing kits to personalised meal planning and in-app tracking tools, the Lilli App makes it easier for individuals to understand their condition, manage symptoms and make meaningful changes by taking control of their health on their terms.

Often misdiagnosed or mistreated due to out-dated advice, PCOS is a very common hormone imbalance disorder that can cause abnormal menstruation, weight gain, unwanted hair, acne and infertility affecting up to 20 percent of women aged 14-45 worldwide. PCOS is often associated with elevated insulin levels and insulin resistance, leading to a range of challenges impacting women physically, mentally and reproductively.
