PhysioBiometrics launches Heel2Toe device to enhance gait in older adults

The device has shown to be advantageous for individuals with neurological or orthopaedic disorders.

Canada’s AGE-WELL network affiliate PhysioBiometrics has introduced Heel2Toe, a wearable device aimed at improving gait in older adults.

The therapeutic device can be attached to the side of a shoe and emits a beep with each step that starts with a heel strike.

This feature is crucial in reducing the physical stress on muscles and joints, preventing falls, and facilitating easier and more independent mobility for the elderly.
