This new patent covers systems and methods for treating a patient with a radiotherapy system combining high-frequency ultrasound and optical imaging data. This proprietary technology is essentially a treatment-planning system that is made possible by fusing together a radiation therapy device with a high-frequency ultrasound (the SRT-100 Vision). The 3D image will then guide the clinician to a treatment suggestion to create a treatment plan.
