This composition-of-matter patent protects the Company’s novel approach to breast cancer prevention and treatment in Australia through 2040, addressing a disease for which no preventive vaccine is currently approved anywhere in the world. The patent is titled, “Vaccine Adjuvants and Formulations,” and the co-inventors are Dr. Justin Johnson and the late Dr. Vincent Tuohy, both of Cleveland Clinic.
